Move + Load

Semi-Private Clinical Pilates + Exercise

At Perform we are industry leaders in Clinical Pilates and Rehabilitation.

Once our clients have transitioned out of their acute episode and have improved movement patterns and can tolerate some load, we transition them into our Move + Load Clinical Pilates and Strength Classes. Alternatively many of our clients choose to participate in our Move + Load Classes as they are safe, individualised and Physio led. 

As the name suggests these classes are a hybrid of clinical pilates and strength and conditioning exercises. This class has a maximum of 4 clients who have an individualized program addressing their specific requirements. 

Clinical Pilates is instrumental in decreasing any movement apprehension and optimizing movement patterns. We then add onto these improvements by introducing safe and effective loading with our targeted strength and conditioning exercise prescription enabling our clients to exceed their demands of their life and sport.
