How our sessions work:
If you initially see us for an injury, we use our hands and manual therapy to decrease your pain and settle the acute injury. Then once you are able, we will transition you into active rehab phase where we will use Individual Clinical Pilates + Exercise sessions to help re-build your strength and abilities. This also gives you the option of transitioning into our Semi-Private Clinical Pilates + Exercise Classes. In these classes everyone has their own program based on their injuries and personal goals. The physio running the class will progress you each session, ensuring that you are challenged and we are making improvements each session and each week towards your goals.
If you are a new Client to Perform, you will need to book an Initial Clinical Pilates + Exercise Assessment before you can book into a class. All of our classes are individualized and tailored to each person’s injuries, goals and needs. This ensures our clients remain safe and will achieve the most effective and beneficial health outcomes!
