Clinical Pilates + Exercise focuses on improving a person’s movement patterns, posture, flexibility and co-ordination. It benefits clients of all ages and abilities from elite Athletes to Grandparents and Weekend Warriors.

Clinical Pilates + Exercise is an imperative stage of the rehab process, as this is where we address and correct the body’s limitations and weaknesses that has resulted in injury or pain. This is how we build up the person’s physical capacity to meet and ultimately exceed the demands of life and athletic pursuits.

How Our Sessions Work

We implement this active movement based treatment approach to help enhance our client’s movement efficiency as a vital step towards building their physical capacity to meet their life demands. Many client’s then progress into our Semi-Private Move + Load classes where they have their own individualised program that includes both clinical pilates and strength and conditioning exercises to rehabilitate their condition and enable them to achieve their goals.

If you are a new Client to Perform, you will need to book an Initial Clinical Pilates + Exercise Assessment before you can book into a class.  All of our classes are individualized and tailored to each person’s injuries, goals and needs. This ensures our clients remain safe and will achieve the most effective and beneficial health outcomes!
