Sahanna has always led an active lifestyle, having trained in Indian classical dancing from early childhood. As such, her innate understanding of movement and passion for helping others is what inspired her keen interest in physiotherapy.

Since graduating from LaTrobe University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Masters of Physiotherapy Practice in 2014, Sahanna has worked primarily in private practice in both Melbourne and London. During this time, she has gained extensive experience treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal, spinal and sporting injuries. She has furthered her clinical expertise by undertaking training in both Clinical Pilates and Dry Needling.

Sahanna is a firm advocate of healthy living and working together with her clients to achieve their personal goals. Experiencing first-hand how pilates can be utilised to manage her own myriad of dancing related injuries, predominantly low back pain, Sahanna has both an in depth understanding and appreciation of the anatomy behind exercises and its role in rehabilitation and injury prevention.

Outside of the clinic Sahanna enjoys regular exercise and is an avid foodie and traveler.
