Here at Perform+ we believe returning to movement and exercise after having a baby is so beneficial, however often has it challenges and barriers.
So as the name suggests, the Bubs are welcome. It is a great physical + social class full of fun, laughs (and maybe some tears). However, there is always a Physio or team member close by who doesn’t mind a cuddle, if Bub is a little unsettled. We understand it takes a village.
The class focus is to get you back safely exercising, using clinical pilates and general exercise to build your strength, improve your mobility and strengthen your pelvic floor.
